No business-owned mobile devices are visible for this workspace. Either no MDM provider is connected or the connected provider returned no devices for these customers.
Likely causes
- No Intune, Android Management API, Jamf or Kandji connection for the customer
- Connector lacks device read permission
- Devices are enrolled in a tenant that is not linked
How to fix
- Connect a mobile management provider under Integrations
- Grant device inventory read scopes and re-sync
- Confirm the customer's tenant/enterprise ID
