Overview
Every generated documentation section records Last Verified, the AssurIQ data source(s) it was drawn from, a confidence score, and a staleness warning once its data ages past a configured threshold. Sections can be manually edited and marked verified by a human at any time.
Vault references, never secrets: documentation may reference that a credential exists in the Credential Vault, but it never displays a secret value.
